We were really looking forward to our bear watching trip, and it was indeed great! We were taken in a 4WD to a hide in a remote forest, with an experienced and knowledgeable forest guide. It was quite a wait, but we were rewarded with two bear sightings. One came and quickly left, but the other one stayed for 45 minutes, right in front of us. It was simply amazing to see such a wild animal up close, for such a long time. One tip: don't try this with small kids, as the wait is long (hours) and you need to remain completely silent...
