Paynes Bay Tours and Activities

Unlike some of Barbados’ other well-traveled beaches, the calm aqua waters of protected Paynes Bay are ideal for swimming. This idyllic destination attracts plenty of visitors looking to soak up the sun, wander the shoreline or go for a dip.

Shaded trees line the quiet beach, located in Saint James Parish, and cast cooling shadows where families retreat to relax and unwind. Plenty of wild water sports, like jet skiing and catamaran sailing, draw more adventurous guests out of their beach chairs and into the bay, where they can ride the waves or snorkel with sea turtles.

Bridgetown to Speightstown Cruise and Snorkel Experience

Bridgetown to Speightstown Cruise and Snorkel Experience

Departing Bridgetown we make our way up the West Coast where the rich and famous play with illustrious resorts & villas. The coastline today is very different from in 1625 when the first British settlers discovered the island and named the first town Jamestown. Jamestown now Holetown and is en-route to our first stop for the day which is Speightstown. Speightstown was once a bustling town but today it is a laid back with some of the most charming cafe's, shops and the Arlington museum which has several very informative interactive displays. You will have two hours to explore Speightstown on your own; you decide how you spend your time; swimming in the sea, dine at a cafe by the boardwalk or visit the museum. After our visit to Speightstown we will cruise back down the West Coast making a stop to swim along the way. Before returning to the dock we will make stops to snorkel at a shipwreck and swim with the turtles. Enjoy the added amenities of our glass bottom area and waterslide.
