The POWERS Quarter is the celebration of one of Dublin’s best loved Irish Whiskeys. Power’s Whiskey was born in Dublin and is still it’s home, what you will discover is it’s rich history around the streets and bars that grew up alongside the Distillery. Along the route this Whiskey Trail takes you on a stroll through some of Dublin’s most iconic landmarks, including John’s Lane Distillery, the Liberties and Dublin Castle.
Take a tour through the history of POWERS in Dublin. We just did that very thing, check out the pictures below to give yourself a flavour of what is to come. We started in Thomas House which is located right beside the POWERS distillery (now home to the National Collage of Art and Design) we were lucky enough to have a bit of sunshine which brought the now silent Pot Stills to life. From here we went to… hold on, I don’t want to ruin the surprise. The best part of this trail is getting happily lost as you wander through the streets of Dublin City.
In addition to visiting some of the well-known attractions in Ireland, we go off-the-beaten-path to help our guests get an authentic Irish experience while highlighting the Irish culture to its fullest extent.
