You’ll duck into two local bars to try a drink and tapa—don’t miss a glass of the city’s own sherry—and soak up the bustling atmosphere of the lunchtime crowd. The dishes vary with season, but some local favorites include ajo caliente or hot garlic, a rich oxtail stew, pork rinds, garbanzo beans, and riñones al Jerez, kidneys served in a sherry sauce.

The route begins by taking a guided tour to learn about the history of the city and why the importance of Jerez wine. During the tour, we will visit one of the most popular neighborhoods in the city, the San Miguel neighborhood, where the famous "tabancos" are located. They are traditional taverns where sometimes we find flamenco shows. We will enjoy 2 traditional "tabancos" where we will enjoy 4 tapas and drinks, of course, we will taste the famous Jerez wine.
