Enjoyed the buses & the audio narritive of the sights!

The red bus came around every 20 minutes but the other two bus tours only came around every 60 minutes so if you missed one you waited a long time. Enjoyed the canal tours which were part of the tour package.
Buses were available at the cruise terminal. Could pay online, on ship or on bus or boat. Everything was well marked (just looks for the people in the white Stroma shirts at the stop)which made for a very easy sightseeing day.
It worked very well to have the bus and the boat option and saw a great deal of the city. Didn't have long waits and was close to major sites (very nice to have a stop right in front of the Marriott and the Tivoli hotels). Be sure to take the boat all the way around as it's a nice canal tour but be sure to duck when they say to!
We took the whole tour at one time being a great way to determine what we would like to further explore in our two days there. Good decision. Not only was the bus a great way to see the city, but the water bus was our favorite. We loved the ability to get off and explore. Very enjoyable
The heat wave closed airports and many flights were cancelled, including the ones that were taking us to Copenhagen. Viator’s “one size fits all” cancellation policy provides no opportunity to account for circumstances beyond the control of the traveler. We lost our Saturday flights to Copenhagen, and lost our opportunity to take this tour. I’ve traveled with Viator since 2010...first time they let me down.
