Copenhagen Inner City Review

We enjoyed the tour a lot and Henry was a great guide - knowledgeable, friendly and patient. we would recommend it to our friends.
We appreciate the kind words, and I´m glad to hear that you also would recommend it to your friends. Thank you for your nice words, and I wish you a good day!
We highly recommend this full day tour of Copenhagen. Margaret did an excellent job as our tour guide. Hamlet Tours' minibus was in excellent condition and provided wifi along with an electrical plug (220V) and USB connections.
Jergen with Hamlet Tours was our superb leader for this very interesting tour of Copenhagen. 12 people/nice mini bus: we covered a lot of ground and learned so many interesting facts, customs and quirks about Copenhagen/Denmark. Jergen spoke perfect English and had a great sense of humor about Danes, Swedes and Americans. I've had great luck with Viator finding the perfect local guides.
A long weekend exploring Copenhagen with my husband and friends. On Sunday, June 16th, we had a remarkable Grand Inner City Tour with Hamlet Tours. Our guide, Margaret, an archaeologist herself, proved to be an exceptional hostess. She had an excellent knowledge of the past and present day Denmark. Kind and highly qualified, she managed to make us want to go back! Excellent!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Grand Inner City Tour. We are very happy to have given you a good experience touring the sights of Copenhagen this weekend - I know Margaret will be proud too.
All the best,
This tour was so good! Our guide was so informative and friendly. I would have easily given it a 5+ rating except for the choice of restaurant for lunch. The restaurant owner charged us $8. US for 2 small glasses of tap water and when we questioned the charge he said it was because we didn't have anything else to drink. He then said "Welcome to Denmark" Very, very rude. Mind you we did have a $40. lunch.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on our Grand Inner City Tour. I am very happy to know that you had a good day touring the sights of Copenhagen.
As for the restaurant I will definitely be bringing this up with their manager. While unfortunately - and much to my own dislike - it is common to charge for tap water in Copenhagen, there is no excuse for being rude and I am sorry this happened at a place we usually stand by. Thanks for letting us know.
Our guide, Peter, was very knowledgable and friendly local. The day went for around 6 hours, with time passing quickly. If you have only a short stay, it's a great way to see some of the highlights of the city. The canal cruise is a must.
Highly recommend this tour. Be careful ordering lunch, some were charged 25 krona for a glass of water from the tap.
