Afterward, head on over to the distillery’s tasting room, and sit down with a tasting expert. Sample spirits, including whisky and gin, as you hear the reasoning why each tastes so different. If you find favorites while you’re tasting, you can always pick them up in the gift shop (own expense) before you leave.
