Make your way to the main beach in Bayahíbe, where you’ll meet the catamaran crew for a 4:30pm sailing time. Grab a Dominican rum drink or non-alcoholic beverage from the open bar, then find a comfortable spot on deck as the crew raises the sails to catch the evening breeze.
The first stop is a coral reef that’s not far from shore. Here, you’re invited to suit up with snorkel gear, and slip into the water for a 30-minute swim over bright coral, thriving schools of fishes, and marine life—the snorkel guide will help spot the most interesting species along the way.
Following the snorkel, the crew will serve light snacks and drinks for the remainder of the sail, which is designed for the best possible views of the setting sun. This 2-hour sunset cruise concludes at the original departure point on Bayahíbe beach at roughly 6:30pm.
