What an amazing day in Malaga walking through the market, buying ingredients and, ultimately, going to the cooking school where we had the opportunity to work with a talented chef and learn how to make four amazing tapas. Simone was so knowledgeable about the culture and history of Malaga. She also served as a wonderful sous chef during our cooking.
