This day trip to Lake Mountain was one of the best tours we have experienced. Our tour operator (Lewis/ Louis) did a fantastic job of guiding us through the day. We were very lucky to experience an afternoon of falling snow and the scenery was breath-taking. Our driver was very calm, and showed great experience when driving home in icy conditions, I felt comfortable that he had it under control. Fantastic day, loved every minute and my husband and I agreed that our guide was one of the most competent, friendly young men we had ever met. He really made the day enjoyable and stress free. I would do this tour again in a heart - beat!. Thank you so very much for a great day.
The tour was good especially on the mountain. However I wish that there was more time spent at the Chocolaterie while including an introduction about some history regarding the chocolaterie and some information on how chocolate is made.
we all enjoyed the day trip to Lake mountain, the children were looking forward to seeing some snow and they were not disappointed to say the least. The bus driver was very helpfull and friendly and had some good advice to share at the snowl, we all enjoyed his company! as we did at the chocolate factory on the way home, hot chocolate was recommended and was a real treat! It was a very enjoyable day all round.
Too bad because of time due to the weather we can't go to the chocolate factory otherwise I will give straight 5!
But we will definitely use it again!
Our tour guide is so kind and nice I believe her name is Tina.
She is very well informed about everything during our trip.
We had a really beautiful day. I would however recommed going to the snow later on in the season to experience more snow coverage at Lake Mountain, as a lot of the resort was closed off. Our tour guide Simon Q, was very informative and helpful. He made this day an enjoyable and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend these tours to anyone visiting Melbourne or any locals looking to go on a mini day adventure.
