The transportation from Miami to Orlando and then onto the Kennedy Space Center was horrendous. The coach bus from Miami to Orlando was packed full and had a horrible odor. The car from Orlando to Kennedy Space Center was driven by a man who spoke on the phone in a loud voice, all in Spanish.
The transportation was so bad that we ended up renting a car near the Kennedy Space Center and driving back to Miami ourselves. The tour of the Kennedy Space Center itself was very good.
I would never recommend nor book this type of tour again due the horrible transportation.

The coach from Miami to Orlando was long and the seats were absolutely terrible. The transfer at Orlando to a smaller vehicle to get to Kennedy was not explained to us at all and we had to approach 3 or 4 people before we knew what we were doing. The smaller vehicle to Kennedy and back was good. The Space Centre was terrific and worth the money.....shame about the transport.

What we saw of the space Centre was excellent, but because of industrial action we were limited in what we saw, so felt we were "short changed" The journey from Miami to the space centre was a different matter altogether. There was no luxury coach as on the other 2 trips, no guide and no comfort breaks! There was one filthy toilet on the bus with no hand washing facilities.

Told our pick up would be at 5:30am At 6:15 the coach finally turned up with the most stressed out driver ever. Arrived at space centre 1hour late at 1pm! Pick up to return was at 7pm with the same manic stressed out driver!! Got back to our hotel in miami at just after 12:30am!
Hire a car instead!!

Terrible terrible terrible. Viator you should be ashamed of yourselves using a bus company such as this. Clearly not enough information on how long each way it takes on the bus to get there and back. No stopping to pick up any food or drink. Seven hours each way is absurd without some form of stop for rehydration. The bus is very cramped. The driver was just aweful. We had a 29 hr flight to Miami from New Zealand with connections incl, so I hardly think we would have booked this tour the next day had we known how long and aweful this trip would be. The space center itself was great but tainted because of the travel time and tour company. I believe this is also a health and safety issue. No one was able to rehydrate, and the driver would not let us off the bus. You have mostly bad reviews for this tour. Don,t you think it's about time you followed up on this. I will not be using Viator to book our future tours. I have told many people of our experience.

The tour itself was good. There is enough there to do for 5 - 6 hours. DO NOT get the bus from Miami. It takes over 6 hours each way. There are no announcements advising how long there is to go etc. And the bus stops at all of these dodgy car parks picking people up. Good tour, terrible bus ride.

This was not a tour, but an organisation providing budget uncomfortable transport to and from Kennedy Space Centre via Orlando which was not indicated on your website. The designated tour company did not provide the service, rather it appeared to be subcontracted to a semi public transport service with stops not only at hotels, but at roadside markers and at gas stations. Day commenced 6.00 and concluded at midnight. There was no commentary at any time about the attraction we came to see. In that time we spent 5.5 hours at Kennedy Space Centre. Of the full bus load only 6 passengers including us, went to the Kennedy Space Centre. Zero stars for the appalling transport services.
However by contrast the Kennedy Space Centre was fabulous, but none of that could be attributed to Viator or nominated service providers who dropped us off at the gate and picked us up at a designated time.
We are regular international travellers and will not use your organisation again.

Kennedy Space Center: YES!
Horrible day. The bus trip is unpleasant, it took many hours (about 6 hours) + 1 hour from Orlando to the Space Center. This bus is ugly but ok, but the big problem is that they just stop everywhere, and pick up local people. We stayed about 4 hours at Kennedy Space Center, this was GREAT. But this bus tour, FORGET IT! You will not feel safe! I will not tell more details. I just say: NEVER AGAIN.

The space centre was magnificent - everything I hoped for. However the transport to and from Miami to KSC was shocking. Neither of the bus drivers were very friendly. Once we transferred to another bus at orlando, we lost at least 30 minutes because other customers had to be delivered to Disney World before we got to KSC - we were promised at least 6 hours at KSC but this did not occur. Coming all the way from Australia, it was very disappointing to spend extra unnecessary time on a bus rather than at our final destination. There were other small annoying incidents but why go into them? We knew we were in for a long day, but the bus trips themselves made it more of an ordeal than an enjoyable day out. VERY POORLY DONE.

The transporation from and to Miami made for a bloody long day, 18 odd hours and only about 3.5 hours actually in Kennedy Space Centre. Think there must be a better way to do it, even if it costs a little more.
Kennedy Space Centre brilliant, definately one from the "bucket list" only the transport spoilt it.
