Make your way to Green Olive at Red Hill, where you’ll find a landscape of vineyards, olive trees, vegetable gardens, and pastureland. Sit down at an indoor or outdoor table, then begin with a welcome course of farm-grown olives, olive oil, tapenade, and ciabatta to share, and kick the meal off with a glass of Kelpie Bridge wine—the wine is pressed with grapes grown onsite.
Continue to your main course of tapas dishes that you’ll select from the menu: this dining experience is priced per person, but based on a minimum booking for two guests, and each pair can choose four dishes to share. Finish the meal with something sweet—you can choose your own from a menu of desserts and treats from the farm kitchen)—alongside a cup of farm-roasted coffee or loose leaf tea.
