Small-group bike tour through Central Park's highlights
We had a great tour, just 3 of us, which meant we had personal service from our guide, who was really knowledgeable about the park and New York more widely. We visited areas of the park we had never found before and had some good photo opportunities. The bikes and helmets were good quality and we felt safe throughout the tour - even on the short ‘in traffic’ sections to and from the shop. Thanks Bike and Roll crew!
We had a great bike through Central Park with our two boys, 8 and 10. Our guide was fun, personable, and engaging. He made sure to tell all the good stories, and took time to answer questions.
As we went from location to location, he was sure to give us plenty of time for exploration.
What a great way to see Central Park and learn about its history. Our tour guide Joseph was knowledgeable and added a personal touch with his own experiences from many years ago. We were surprised, however, that we were joined with a family where they had two very young daughters. We were an adult group of 10 which would have been plenty for a small group outing. Adding the family with two young children to our group caused us to have to stop a few times as the kids were not confident on their bikes. Other than that, we really enjoyed the tour!
This tour was well organized and a great way to experience central park. I had been before but had not seen all the sections a bike will let you cover in short order. The historic and cultural facts shared by the tour guide were interesting. Plus, we got a little exercise!
