This is a really great concept - a great way for non-history buffs to get a feel for some of the major influences that have created the city of Newcastle.
We visited some fascinating locations, heard some really interesting stories and finished feeling a whole lot more connected to Newcastle.
Then there is the chance to chill and have a drink and some great local food in three completely different venues.
Being the only two people on the tour, our guide was happy to make some adaptations to fit our specific interests.
We are really tough critics, and this is a really great experience, and a great gift to a friend or family member.
