Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with Transfer from Krakow was excellently organized. The driver was attentive to the road. The guide, a very good informed woman told us about all kind of interest stuff about Auschwitz, about the Nazis, about the Polish history and Jewish problems. She could answer any questions about the subject and was open to all discussions about the subject of the tour. It was a very interested tour which I recommand.

Fantastic Tour. Very sobering. Guide was brilliant. Great knowledge. Very compassionate. Very fluent, although without microphone her voice was very quiet. Not happy with pick up. Had to make our way to another Hotel. Info clearly said inform name of Hotel pick up 3 days prior to Tour, which we did, then told we booked Budget Tour. No choice of Tour Budget or otherwise !!

Visiting Krakow overall was an incredible experience, beautiful city rich in history and even more so to have been part of the well organised day trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau. Starting the excursion, a most informative video screened on the bus set the mood for what was to be experienced on site almost too ghastly to comprehend. A well informed guide walked us through the ghastly chapter in history with sensitive and honest comment. An absolute must when in Krakow.
