Overview

The dramatic cliffs of Phi Phi Ley and the white sands of Maya Bay are among the most photographed landscapes in Thailand, and this full-day cruise from Phuket visits both and more. Dive in to swim and snorkel around Phi Phi Island; look out for sharks and dolphins around Honeymoon Island; explore Viking Cave; and tuck into a buffet lunch on-board.
  • Full-day Phi Phi islands cruise from Phuket
  • Enjoy swimming and snorkelling around the Phi Phi Islands
  • Visit Phi Phi Ley and Maya Bay, where ‘The Beach’ was filmed
  • Admire views of Honeymoon Island and Viking Cave
  • Spot dolphins and black tip reef sharks in their natural environments
  • No snorkeling experience necessary: full instruction provided
  • Great-value tour includes breakfast, lunch, and round-trip hotel transfers
Your day at sea begins with a pickup from your Phuket hotel, starting from 6.15am (exact pickup times will be confirmed upon booking). After a short transfer to the pier at Chalong Bay, hop aboard your boat, the MV Phuket Champagne, to meet your captain, crew and fellow passengers.

Set sail at 8.15am and soak up the scenery as you glide out along the Andaman Sea coast, gliding past white sand beaches, lush forested islands, and dramatic limestone cliffs. Tuck into a hearty buffet breakfast as you journey to the Phi Phi islands, and pass Honeymoon Island, keeping a lookout for wild dolphins swimming through the turquoise waters.

Keep your camera to hand as you glide beneath the looming cliffs of Phi Phi Ley – the startling landscapes are one of Thailand’s most popular postcard images and it’s a spectacular place to swim and snorkel. As you dive into the warm waters, look out for tropical fish and black tip reef sharks.

Back on-board, refuel with a Thai-style buffet lunch before continuing to explore Viking Cave and admire views of Maya Bay, where the Leonardo DiCaprio film 'The Beach' was filmed.

After more stops for swimming and snorkeling around the islands' beaches and bays, return to Phuket around 5pm. Your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel.

Please note: Snorkeling equipment and flotation aids such as life jackets and swim noodles are provided, and crew members will be present both in and out of the water at all times.

The Moet boat was very nice and a comfortable way to travel to Phi Phi Islands for 3 hours. The water were a bit rough and most people slept during the trip to the island. The staff was extremely professional and attentive to the needs of all guests. I think there were too many guests on the boat and the tour should have been with a group not exceeding 15 people. Due to the rough waters, we were not able to go to the actual beach and docked the boat for a quick swim. The food served was very tasteful, especially the lunch! Excellent Thai cuisine. Breakfast was a bit mediocre considering the tour starts before the hotel breakfast. They can certainly improve in this area.

Its not the trip there anything wrong with. The whole area has been ruined by mass tourism. Not worth a visit.
