We had a wonderful tour of Riga. We told our guide we liked history and culture and she did a wonderful job of not just showing us the old city of Riga with all the interesting buildings , but also giving the history of the area. We also went into a very interesting boutique with traditional gloves, scarves and hats, and they also had examples of traditional Latvian clothes over the years. My favorite part was probably the market. We saw everything the markets had to offer and even did some taste-testing and buying! I would definitely recommend this tour for a great afternoon in Riga!

Enjoyed the tour thoroughly. Unfortunately, we didn't get the guide's name. The tour took us through the old town and also the art nouveau district of the city. This tour is worth four hours. Highly recommended.

A great tour. We saw things in Riga that we would probably have missed. It was a perfect introduction for a short stay and we learned more about Riga in a few hours than we would have done our whole stay. Liga really knew the city and her eating recommendations were spot-on too!

Great tour, especially because of our guide. She was knowledgable and in tune with the needs of the group. The tour ended with an amazing walk around the market where our guide introduced us to the flavours of Riga. This tour took place on Saturday 4th August. Unfortunately I do not remember the guide's name and would be very happy if Viator could inform me. Thank you.

Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated the coffee and cake stop halfway through, especially as we did this in the February cold!

Edited was a great tour guide.

I had to book a tour for two people, as it was the minimum to book, but was only myself on the tour. I did not tip as a result as I had to pay twice as much being a solo traveler. The tour itself was good - went at my own pace and a saw a lot. It was a bit lengthy as I was there for a day only, but didn't want to rush it to the end.

There were just the two of us on the tour with our guide. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions about Riga, Latvia and their culture and history. I would recommend this tour to anyone that wanted to get the insiders view of the city.

Thoroughly enjoyed the walk. Was real insight to Riga and its history. The architecture is stunning. We were really lucky with the weather for walking around.
Edite our guide was very knowledgable about the city and kindly took us into the market and gave us a few tempting things to try, the non alcoholic beer Kwass was strange but the rest was lovely.
This gave us a good understanding of the layout of the city for following later in the day and also the following day. I would highly recommend a few hours walking around to navigate yourselves.
