Depart from your accommodation on the Sorrentine Peninsula aboard a comfortable Jeanneau Cap Camarat 5.5 WA boat. Get a new perspective of the Sorrentine coast before heading toward the Marine Protected Area of Punta Campanella.
Enjoy special access into this area, normally off-limits to visitors. See the remains of the Minerva Tower, in which a bell used to sound the alarm during a raid. This bell gave the area its name – 'campanella.' Admire the array of plants and flowers that grow along the water's edge and on the rocky islands in the bay. Some of them only grow here thanks to sea currents that bring water from much deeper parts of the ocean up to the surface in a process called 'up-welling.'
Explore around the Sirenusas Archipelago, which were once believed to have been inhabited by sirens.
Take advantage of chances to go swimming or snorkeling in the gorgeous Mediterranean water, or simply relax on the sundeck of the boat. Enjoy a light lunch and beverages at midday.
Please note that any boat trip is subject to weather conditions.
