Combine Yangon landmarks with a look at daily life in the city on a full-day, private tour that features sunset at Shwedagon Pagoda and a ride on the Yangon Circular Train. Stops at Sule Pagoda and Chaukhtatgyi Buddha make this a great introduction to Myanmar’s Theravada Buddhist traditions as well, and exploring the city in a private car is a stress-free way to navigate Yangon's busy streets.

A day full of insights on...
Mol F
, Jan 2017
A day full of insights on historical, cultural and religious places of significance around Yangon. A short circular train ride was just right to get up close to the locals as they go about their daily routine. Our guide Moe was extra accommodating giving way to our requests for side trips and explaining the different street food at the stalls we would pass. All this was capped off by sunset at the Shwe Dagon Pagoda. Watching dusk set in, the lights went on and turned the giant stupa into brilliant gold. Certainly a well planned tour.
