Valerio, we are sorry you had a bad experience with our tour, as we always strive to have a very good tour.
The farm is not in ruins, it is under construction precisely to improve our service and expand the capacity of attention, it is normal that the photos do not register these works, as they are temporary, the guide at the beginning of the tour explained this situation, and apologized for the inconvenience.
In our vehicles we never take more passengers than the capacity allowed, and everyone goes in their own seat.
Regarding the toilets being dirty, it is difficult to make sure that everyone who enters flushes the toilet, so at the end of the tour we do a general cleaning and disinfection.
At this time we are in the rainy season in Colombia, for that reason they could not enter the coffee plantation to pick coffee, so as not to get wet, and because the terrain is slippery.
As for what you say about sitting for 3 hours at a coffee conference, we always go out to explore the coffee plantations, except when it rains.
This tour is for people who are interested in learning about coffee, its history, its process and the whole coffee culture of Colombia, if this is not your case, I suggest you not to go.
Greetings
