EL MEJOR TOUR DE UBUD

SIMPLEMENTE IMPRESIONANTE. Fuimos a los lugares más impresionantes de Ubud, a la cascada, a probar café, al columpio en la selva, a comer, a los arrozales, al templo, al santuario de monos, etc. Disfrutamos cada minuto, todo estaba incluido incluso el chofer, guía y coche privado. Ma-de el guía fue increíble, amable, atento, servicial, incluso un buen fotógrafo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, si vienen a Ubud, definitivamente deberían de ir.

Gracias a Hire Bali Driver y a nuestro guía Komang Winata, tuvimos un gran día experimentando Bali por primera vez. Llegamos a ver una plantación de café donde nos sorprendió experimentar el Luwak exótico y caro, una terraza de arroz bellamente escénica y el muy sagrado Pura Tirtha Empul (Agua Bendita). Sin embargo, lo más destacado para nosotros fue el Bosque de los monos de Ubud y el Jungle Swing. Nuestro guía pudo capturar todas nuestras experiencias en nuestro iPhone y las imágenes fueron espectaculares. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta atracción y si solo tiene un día, es la mejor manera de ver una gran variedad de sitios.

itinerario incompleto y engaño no apreciado

Reservamos esta gira con gran anticipación. El conductor parecía amigable y, aunque no demasiado comunicativo, fue amable y condujo con seguridad. Después del almuerzo y un viaje rápido a una cascada, anticipamos ir a un templo específico con bendiciones de agua. Cuando quedó claro que estábamos de regreso en Denpasar, preguntamos por el templo y nos dijeron que lo habíamos visto en el bosque de Ubud (completamente falso). No teníamos los detalles del viaje a la mano, pero pensamos que esto estaba mal y preguntamos dos veces. Más tarde resultó que se había saltado el templo. Le enviamos un correo electrónico al organizador del recorrido, quien luego habló claramente con el conductor y afirmó que el conductor dijo que mi ""hija no quería ir al templo"". Mi hija es adulta y no había duda de que esto era falso. Solicitamos un reembolso parcial, nos dijeron que una queja dañaría a nuestro conductor y que el proveedor del tour pensó que nuestro próximo tour sería emocionante. Sin reembolso parcial y se explicó como un malentendido, no lo fue. De todos modos, si reserva, asegúrese de repasar el itinerario primero con el conductor y luego vigile sus mapas de Google para saber que se dirige al lugar correcto. Una disculpa honesta y cualquier intento de asumir la responsabilidad habría sido bienvenido. Tanto el conductor como el organizador del tour no fueron honestos sobre el error.

Dear Debra Judge, Thank you for your time to write this review. We are very sad to see this review, but we appreciate this. Through this chance we want to apologize if the tour did not go as you expected. We have received an email from customer straight after the tour finished concerning why she did not visit Tirta Empul temple (holy spring temple). So that we called the driver/guide about the situation. Driver said that he has worked as per company standard. First when he met the customer at their hotel, he has summarized all the itinerary during the tour. When it was inside the monkey forest, driver explained about the 3 temples inside the forest which is one of them also a holy spring temple. Next after finish the lunch, driver confirm that we will go to Tirta empul holy spring temple which is 15 minutes from the restaurant. The customer’s daughter said we do not need to go to temple and directly to the waterfall instead. So the driver was very confident to go to the waterfall then back to hotel as the itinerary has finished. It is very standard for our driver to inform the next stop after finish one place. Moreover, there is no reason for us to skip just 15 minutes away place without guest approval. There no significant to take benefit from that. Once again, we are sorry about this. But, we believe there was a misunderstanding between our driver and the guests. One thing that we never scam our beloved clients and we never try to lie to our customers. Next time you come to Bali, allow me personally to assist you for the tour. We will make sure to improve our future service. Thank you. Regards, Wayan

Nuestro guía turístico, Suria (perdone mi ortografía si es incorrecta) fue oportuno, informado, servicial, un conductor seguro y hablaba bien inglés. El recorrido en sí fue diverso, desde el bosque de monos hasta el templo, cascadas, columpios, plantaciones de café Luwak y campos de arroz. Había algo para todos en nuestro grupo. Nuestro guía turístico incluso sugirió algunas paradas más en el camino hacia otros lugares interesantes, y decidimos visitar uno. ¡Recomendaría mucho este tour y este guía turístico!

Our guide was punctual (even a little early) and provided us with a great day! There were LOTS to see on this tour and our guide let us go at our own speed while also making sure we had enough time to see everything. He did seem to be tired towards the end, which made us nervous, as he started to doze off and needed to stop for some energizers.
