Mi amigo y yo hicimos una excursión privada de un día a Ubud con uno de sus nuevos guías, Adiputra, el 29 de diciembre de 2019. Tuvimos el día más fantástico y quedamos muy impresionados con él. Hasta que nos lo dijo, no teníamos idea de que era un guía nuevo. Fue muy profesional, amable, acogedor, educado, divertido y nos trató muy bien. Era un conductor bueno y seguro, muy paciente y complaciente. Nos llevó a todos los lugares a los que queríamos ir, nunca se quejó, siempre se aseguró de que estuviéramos felices, nos sugirió lugares a los que ir y respondió a todas nuestras preguntas. Estaba luchando un poco con el calor, y él fue muy amable y cariñoso y siempre se aseguró de que estuviera bien y me ayudó con las escaleras. Mi amigo y yo nos sentimos seguros y él nos tomó todas las fotos. Fue simplemente maravilloso. La próxima vez que regrese a Bali y haga más recorridos, solicitaré que tenga a Adiputra, ya que es realmente un guía maravilloso y un activo para su empresa. Siempre nos esperaba pacientemente y nada era demasiado para él. ¡Fue fantástico! También tocó buena música en el auto y hubo muchas risas y conversaciones. ¡Nos divertimos! Great tour, easy way to check out the sights around Ubud

Our guide was amazing, he was so friendly and knowledgeable about the places we visited and we learned a lot about Balinese traditions. The locations are very touristy, we visited in late March which isn’t the busy season so can’t imagine what it’s like at high season! The guide recommended the pool restaurant at the waterfall - it was very refreshing and we had the place to ourselves but it was a bit expensive. Highly recommend if you want to see some of the sights around Ubud.

This was a great opportunity to see a number of places around Ubud. Adhi our driver was excellent both as a driver and a guide. He accompanied us on the different visits unless the location provided their own guide. He was always ready to answer questions with confidence and knowledge. He always dropped us and then picked us up right by the entrance. Adhi is a credit to his company. Recommended.

Rambo was our tour guide for the day and he was timely and he had many interesting pieces of insight and information into balinese culture. During our tour with Rambo he made sure to leave flexibility for us to stay longer at certain destinations, without causing any delays to the day itself. He also went above and beyond driving us to dinner later the same evening.

Legi was absolutely phenomenal! I had booked this tour last minute and I am so happy that I did. This tour was truly the highlight of my trip in Bali. Legi was so nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. He answered all of my questions and I enjoyed learning about Indonesia from him. He is also the best photographer there is! All of the photos he took of me turned out amazing. Without a doubt I would book this tour again. All of the stops were beautiful! I enjoyed seeing all of the nature, monkeys, and wonderful sights. 10/10!

Our driver Adi was excellent ..with plenty of local knowledge and had time to explain our surroundings....he gave us plenty of time to explore and was very attentive to our needs . We spent the whole day with him and he didn't rush us in any way ..taking photos for us too specially as we were 3 oldies travelling from the UK ..so pleased that Adi was our driver for the day ..and our vehicle was immaculate, comfortable and air conditioned!

Driver Wah was on time he was really friendly and speaks good English. All time worry about you and to enjoy the tour always giving you options to choose. Monkey forest is great stop, and also the temple by the lake beautiful I recommend totally this tour. What I pay is not expensive for what you get.

We had a great time on the tour. Our driver LEGI was fantastic. He was patient and friendly. He car was clean and spacious and he had cool water in the car which was a nice touch as it was very hot. The tour was great LEGI our driver was able to give us much information about the places we stopped at. We enjoyed the monkey forest and water fall the most. Be prepared to spend about 1,000,000 IDR per person on entrance fees, souvenirs, food and drink + tips of course. The bali swing (and rice terrace) was the most expensive we paid 300k each to have a turn on all the swings (alternatively you can just choose one swing for 200k). The waterfall was the cheapest place to go which was 20k to get in. Don’t forget to bring spare clothes or swimming wear for titra temple(water temple) and the waterfall and there are no towels to hire along the journey.

I usually dont leave reviews but my experience with Dika blew me away! I’m usually a reserved person but I was traveling with my husband and Dika made us feel soo comfortable and happy. He went with us into all the tour places and took so many AMAZING photos for us… literally ig worthy. He noticed that I was interested in organic wood bowl for home decor, and took us to a wood shop where I found some beautiful pieces for home! I was so happy and thrilled that he was so attentive. Trip was personalized- we spent exactly how much time we wanted in each place and honestly we had soooo much fun having a taste of bali. do it you wont regret it and book with dika!!!!

Incredible and diverse tour of Ubud!

This full-day Ubud trip was an absolute treat! Ary, from Smile Bali Tours, made our entire day even more interesting and fun. 7/5 stars! Highly recommended! I would suggest to bring a change of clothing, and a towel, to swim beyond the plunge-pool at Tegenungan Waterfall, and cash for lunch and admission tickets. You will also get a chance to bathe under the Holy Springs at Tirta Empul Temple. The Terrace River Pool Swing and Rice Terrace are located in the same area, so if the giant swing is extremely busy, you can tour around the rice fields whilst waiting for your number to be called. Ary also stopped us by a tea, coffee and fruit plantation, where we got to try Kopi luwak (coffee made from digested coffee cherries of the Asian palm civet). And the Tebasari Restro, Bar & Lounge for lunch, with tasty specialty dishes and a breathtaking location overlooking the jungle. When you visit the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary (low entry fee of 100K IDR), ensure you keep any small items and jewellery in the car/van. Some poor soul had their Apple AirPods taken by a monkey, who then proceeded to eat them and the foam from the case - which is bad for both the monkey and that person. Overall, it was an incredible, diverse, stunning tour of Ubud. And a must for first-time visitors to Bali!
