This is my first time I visit Bangkok The driver and the pickup attendant both really friendly. Both welcoming us with smiles and very friendly. But during the travel to the hotel the driver keep quit, so I just enjoy the scenery.

My flight was delayed four hours.when i arrived in Shanghai it was after mid night there was no other fliight going into Bangkok until the following morning.when i arrive in Bangkok they told me they can't take me because they waited last night already keep in mind it's the same date the only difference was in time.so they leave me stranded.So i am leaving this up to my fellow travellers please do your home work they may be the cheapest but but an extra five dollars won't hurt.As they always say nothing cheap is good.I explain my situation to a lady and a gentle man when i arrive in Bangkok that the flight was delay and it wasn't my fault but they even wouldn't budge .
I arrived at the airport, picked up my luggage, and went to look for my to look for my ride. My ride was nowhere to be found. Following tinstructions I fount the help suggested, after being sent back and forth through the airport, I was able to look up my reservation on my phone and show it to the Viator representative who told me at that time that the area I was trying to get to was not serviced by Viator and when I get back to the US then I should apply for a refund. Nice thing to say to a person thousands of miles away from home, cannot speak the language, no internet access, and have no clue as to where they are going. If anything close to this should ever happen to you, all that I can say is, "I hope that you are all prayed up!" This was worse than terrible. You need to fix this. Nobody should ever arrive at a destination and then find out that their booked transportation cannot service them.
