Dear customer, I'm sorry you describe us in this way. We are flexible 100% and believe me, we accept tons of passengers on a different day with a valid voucher so it won't be an issue if you were going to the bus stop and just ask about it. Also, I suppose is normal to face a timetable not matching all the personal desires but still with many departures during the day to be largely satisfied. As far as your concern is that we intentionally do something wrong, please be aware that the timetable is ready to be consulted by the time you do the booking and not only after when you again read it on your voucher. Because your concern is we intentionally did something cranky, which is not, please send your refund request to our private mail and doing that please reconsider your unfair insult to us.
