Selwo Aventura brings a bit of Africa to Spain’s Costa del Sol. A departure from a typical zoo, this wild animal park—the largest in Spain—houses animals in naturalistic habitats. Among the park’s residents are lions, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, gazelle, elephants, monkeys, and several bird species in Europe’s largest aviary.

The Basics
Visitors to Selwo can choose between a standard single-day admission ticket or a Flexi-ticket, which permits a visit on any one day during a seven-day period. Regular zookeeper-led programs will allow you to get to know the animals and their characteristic behaviors. For an added fee, open-air safaris, a zip line, an archery course, a trampoline jump, and a network of hanging bridges offer adventure opportunities.
