Safari por el desierto por la tarde con cena de barbacoa, pintura con henna, paseo en camello y danza del vientre

We took the Emirates Tours (through Viator) out into the desert in a SUV to drive over the dunes (they were huge!) which was great fun and quite thrilling going over and around the dunes (Achmed was an amazing driver), then we went to a camp for dinner. We got henna paintings, riding down the dunes on dune boards in which the hardest part was climbing up the dunes to ride down, had a large buffet dinner, a belly dancing show, and a few moments with the lights out so we could see the stars. There was camel riding but we didn’t do that because we’d already done it on another tour. There was also a falcon to hold. It was a terrific tour. My kids thought it was the best tour of our entire trip.

Very enjoyable experience. Riding the 4-whhel vehicles in the sand was incredible. There are a lot of optional activities at the camp. The food was good, and the entertainment was very enjoyable. Not a bad way at all to spend an evening while in Abu Dhabi.

Le must de notre voyage!! Déjà on vient nous récupérer à l'hôtel. On embarque dans un super 4x4 climatisé dernier cri pour plus d'une heure de route afin d'arriver dans le désert, sur le route , on a droit à des dérapages dans le sable! Sensation garantie!! Là on est ailleurs! D'autres voitures nous rejoignent et on vit un super show!! Arrivés au camp, on se fait faire des tatouages , le dîner est copieux, généreux et partagé avec des groupes. Des danseurs clôturent la soirée qui se termine au clair de lune!! Genialissime

What a great adventure! The highlight of the excursion had to be the sandunning with the SUV's. They are very skilled drivers and gave us the opportunity to take some awesome photos. It gets chilli at night so I would suggest taking a light jacket.

Our guide Rashid was professional, very polite and extremely skilled and competent with his driving skills and went out of his way to ensure our experience was fantastic. Our children had a ball riding the camels, sand boarding and henna painting. The food and the entertainment was a great experience. Would recommend this tour to everyone coming to Abu Dhabi.

Awesome safari. Drivers were very skilled, meal was nice, lots to do, tried sandboarding, camel riding, henna tattoo and took awesome photos of sunset after cclimbing sanddune to get a good shot. Evening bellie dancer and twirler very talented. Would do it again and highly recommended on a trip to Abu dhabi.

This afternoon trip was an absolute highlight of our vacation in Abu Dhabi. Organization was perfect, personnel kind and professional, every promise of the advertising was fulfilled up and above our expectations. When dune bashing we enjoyed the thrill of the dashing manoeuvres of highly skilled drivers when feeling absolutely safe in their hands. The stops to the camel farm was exciting and watching the immense empty sea of sand of Rub-al-Khali at sunset was simply breathtaking. The evening hours at the camp provided excellent food and a very good show. In short: something one should not miss when staying in Abu Dhabi, excellent value for money, highly enjoyable. Do it!
