The Viator driver was at our hotel before the agreed upon time. Therefore we didn't wait at all for our tour to begin. He was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. He answered all of our questions and was quite pleasant. We were dropped off at out ship and again he was so thoughtful in unloading our luggage and making sure that we were where we needed to be.
