Tour guide Hady was amazing and knowledgeable with good communication skills. Overall cruize experience was great with some room of following improvements:1) Provide at least one drinking water bottle per day2) Provide one cup tea or coffee in the morning as bed tea as no cattle is given in rooms3) Run lift during Breakfast, Lunch and dinner time at least
This tour experience was the highlight of our trip to Egypt. The tour coordinator Hany did an excellent job coordinating the details in advance, including a trip to Abu Simbel from Aswan, and a hot air balloon ride over Luxor. When we were picked up in Aswan, it was a seamless trip, with no stress and lots of great experiences. Our guide Ahmed deserves and extra star with his knowledge and how well he took care of us, making sure we saw what we wanted to see and that we had a great time. I would highly recommend this tour as a great way to see the sights along the Nile, with great service and a well coordinated experience.
Our trip with name of company was really enjoyable. The room on the cruise was large and comfortable. The food on the ship was some of the best we had in Egypt and a good source of reasonable salads, which is one thing we found lacking in the local cuisine. The prices of the drinks in comparison with Cairo were completely reasonable. The pool was also a nice touch. The evening entertainment was a bit cliche for our taste, but many of the other guests really enjoyed it. The best part, however, were the tours at least if you're interested in seeing old temples. Our tour guide Mido was extremely knowledgeable and was good at telling myths and stories. Also, all of the groups were fairly small, so it was easy to interact and ask questions and being involved in the tour helps to avoid the baksheesh culture to some extent. All in all a wonderful experience, definitely worth doing if you're in Egypt. As we were there, before and after the cruise, many of the locals said taking the Nile cruise is the one must do in Egypt and they were right.
Great 4 day culture tour. From seeing sights in Aswan such as the Philae temple to The Valley of the kings in Luxor, we were able to experience a large amount of historic sights, all with the expertise and knowledge of our tour guide, Ahmed. Ahmed gave us insight into what we were seeing at the temples, which proved to be essential, as we would not have been able to learn all the history we did without a guide. The tour was relaxing and the staff was attentive to our needs. The local guide manager, Hany, upgraded our room to a suite at no extra cost and arranged all last minute travel arrangements, such as our optional trip to Abu Simbel. He even opted to arrange travel plans for our next leg of the trip to Hurghada. Hany went above and beyond our expectations to provide a relaxing and enjoyable trip down the Nile. I highly recommend Ahmed as our guide and ImperialEgypt for coordinating this trip.
Great cruise with guided tours and ability to add on extra excursions if desired. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that they built excursions to shops into the tour and my friend and I felt pressured to buy things at ridiculously inflated prices, but apparently this is quite common in Egypt.
It was great. We were on a boat called Concerto. Wed boarding from Aswan to Luxor. Ship was bit old/dated. Food was okay. But, can not really complain. But, the ride was serene. Our guide was Mido. We liked him. Helped us a lot. But, did not like the fact that he took us to a perfume factory without prior knowledge specially leaving us all by ourselves to negotiate etc. We ended up buying some expensive perfume. We will see if it is any good. But, sensed that this was a commission driven sales trap. However, he tried his best to make us happy in all the attractions.
