Excursión de un día a la Costa Brava y Girona desde Barcelona, con caminata sencilla: grupos pequeños

The tour definitely lived up to its name. There were only four of us in the tour group plus the guide. Even so, the tour guide was excellent (lively, helpful, knowledgeable, and fluent in English). In the first part of the tour, there was plenty of easy walking along the beautiful "wild" Spanish coast. There was almost no moment when there wasn't a beautiful, picturesque photo opportunity. The second part of the tour was another amazing walk -- this time thru a populace that just happens to live in an amazingly well preserved city of medieval buildings and walls. Pick-up and drop-off was in a central part of Barcelona. We had an excellent time and would strongly recommend the tour to anyone seeking easy to moderate exercise and amazing views.

This was a fantastic tour, with expert commentary and breathtaking sites! The hiking was a bit more involved than easy but not too complicated! The beach and hilltop views were spectacular.

Small group, excellent guide, beautiful scenery. Would have liked more free time in Girona.

Easy hike along the coastline. Nothing strenuous. Walk thru a very small fishing village. Beautiful views. Nice couple of hours.
An hour and a half for lunch or just wander in Girona before a walking tour of the medieval section including the Jewish Section/Area.
Lunch in the square was great your choice of about 8 restaurants, you pay, not inc in tour, under the sun, wonderfully relaxing.

This tour was amazing! The Costa Brava is a must see. The scenery is something I will remember forever. Our guide was really nice and knowledgeable. Girona is very beautiful. I absolutely recommend this tour.

I highly recommend this tour. It is a well designed and well paced tour. Took the tour with my family wife and 8 year old twins. It was a perfect family outing. Unlike other tours, this tour is truly a small group tour. The size of the tour group allowed us to get to know everyone in the tour and as a result, the overall experience was fantastic. The tour guide Ferran who is also the owner of the tour company was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. Mario, the second guide on the trip, was excellent and ensured my children was able to keep up with the group. Both of them were extremely attentive to the needs of the entire group.

The tour itself was unique. The trip started early in the morning and on time. We drove north from Barcelona to reach our hiking trail along a beautiful coast of Mediterranean Sea. We had the opportunity to walk on the trail that featured hilly terrain, beach, coves and fantastic panorama of the Mediterranean Sea. Following the hike, we moved on to Girona where we had a brief introduction to the town followed by an hour long lunch break. Make sure to try out one of the local restaurants. Following lunch we had an extensive walking tour of old town Girona with ample stops for photos and questions. It's one of a kind of town.

Our small group of 9 travelled with Ferran and Ivan in their minivans, travelled to Costa Brava for a walking tour along the coastline, to observe the beauty of the area and learn of the history and culture of the Catalan people. The views were breathtaking as we walked at a leisurely pace along the shoreline. We then travelled to Girona where we enjoyed a fabulous lunch in the square outside the medieval quarter. After lunch we entered the old city via a bridge designed by Gustaf Eiffel.
Our guides walked us through old city providing us with an insight of the different era's, and how Girona changed over time. Visited the cathedral, the jewish quarter and walked the old wall to get a spectacular panoramic view of the city and its surrounds.
We then returned to Barcelona via the motorway, completing a fabulous day.
This tour was well planned, and flowed at a comfortable pace, our guides were enthusiastic and informative.
We highly recommend this tour and will be using Mont Escape next time we are in Barcelona.
