Totally awesome experience! First time in a helicopter. The pilot was great! Sean described all the various scenery well. He was very polite. i loved the seeing the flowing lava and the waterfalls were beautiful.

Was a long day, but a great way to see the Island. The guide was super knowledgeable, friendly and inspired us with not only stories about the Island but the wider Pacific and Polynesian culture.

Amazing flight. We had the doors off and while there was no big eruptions during our time, you could certainly feel the heat of the volcano below. We flew really close to the crater and you could see the hot lava bubbling. Our pilot flew over the old lava flows going down the mountain into the ocean. All the activity that has happened in the past was amazing to see it all first hand and from above was awesome. We flew over the waterfalls on our way back to the helipad. Fantastic experience that we would not get to have in New Zealand. Recommend to all. Great 45 minutes of our holiday. Doors off a must, well worth it.

Good pilot. Fun helicopter experience. Interesting info. Unfortunately, the lava flow had stopped going into ocean the week before.

My wife was seasick from the cruise and could not make the trip. I am still working with the company to see if there can be a re-imbursement. Hard to get a doctor's note for this one so I hope they will work with me. I will update everyone to see if I can give the company a great rating for flexibility/customer service.

The ride was nice, but it's hit or miss with lava flowing. Don't expect to see lava bubbling out of the ground. The pilot was knowledgeable and gave us plenty of photo opps. The waterfall portion was not that impressive because you are high above the waterfalls so you can't experience their real beauty.

Fantastic! Our pilot Keith was an absolute professional ....made sure we got to see everything. Thrill of a lifetime!

Great trip, but unfortunately volcanic activity differs from the spectacular photos of red hot bubbling out of craters that you see on documentaries etc., but definitely the best way to see the volcanoes of the Big Island. Great company, good trip...
