Driver showed up right on time, was nervous as the same company never showed up for my pickup.

I was picked up in a new Mercedes by a very well spoken (English). He was waiting at the baggge claim exit with my name in a suit and tie. He drove me straight to my hotel and gave me the voucher for the 4-hour walking tour which was nice but I peeled away from that early as it was freezing.

Driver was late.

I am happy and satisfied with their services. Prompt and reliable.

Took the scenic route so I could see the city. Nice ride.

The van arrived within 5 minutes of our scheduled pickup time. We really only needed 30 minutes instead of 45 minutes to get to the airport at Budapest and the check in does not start till 4am if you have an early flight. Our concierge told us we could have gotten a taxi ride to Budapest airport for between 25-40 Euro, wish we had not booked this excursion as we paid 52.00 American dollars ahead of our trip. Suggest you wait to get hotel to airport transfer upon arrival in Budapest for a better deal.

The driver was right on time, and got me to the airport in a timely manner: just what you're paying for, in short. I had considered getting there on my own, but am glad I used this service because I needed every minute of my pre-flight time to navigate the inefficient baggage check-in system in place at the Budapest airport.
