Crucero turístico en trimarán en Cancún

The tour was somewhat rushed. It's probably due to the amount of people on that size of a boat. There should be less people so people could be seated comfortably. If there were less people the tour probably would have been perfect. But the staff was very good and were trying to accommodate us all.

The booking process through VIATOR was smooth. We would have appreciated a direct local contact number. Primarily to confirm meeting location for check in and to make last minute changes. Directions were pretty clear to the check in location however not real obvious. The boat staff were very professional and friendly. The boat was very crowded and not easy to move around. Drinks were not very good. The snorkel location was poor and water very rough with many other boats- this was a bust. Lunch stop was well intended but not much time to really do anything-just enough time to eat. Would have preferred to skip the lunch stop and go right to town and North beach for more time. One less stop better. Not much needs to be done to make this fairly priced tour a 5 star rating. Seas were 2-3ft made for a slow choppy ride. Will take ferry on our own next time to max time on the island
