My plane from Yangon to Bangkok was delayed 1 hr 30 minutes. I therefore missed the connecting flight to Chiang Mai. There was no way to contact the Transfer Company while I was in the air. I could not use this voucher.
It's strange that the name of my hotel was requested during the checkout process, but that information was not given to the driver. It was convenient to have someone show up with my name on a sign at the airport and guide me to an air conditioned vehicle - but if you plan to take this service, make sure to have the name of your hotel and maybe even the address written in Thai to give to your driver, in case the information does not get passed along. That would have saved me about 25 minutes of confused communication.

driver helped me with my luggage , was very friendly , and on way to hotel was telling me what to see and do in chiang mai
also gave me my pick up time for my departure a couple off days later
would definitely use this service again
Unfortunately, upon exit from baggage claim, I could not find anyone who had my name for transportation. When you exit the baggage claim area, there is an area that is corded off with people waiting for travellers, some were holding up placards with names on it. Walked by each person to show them my voucher but none had my information. Ended up going to the taxi kiosk at the airport located right there where the people were waiting for travellers and arranged for transportation to my hotel which is a set price depending on where in the city you are going.
