We purchase skip the line tickets for 20zm stood in line for a hour, also after standing in line for along time we were told we had to exchange our voucher with s man in a yellow vest no info was srntvyu about this very poor coustomer service!!! We had a 12:30 train to catch so didn’t have much time to see everything!!! Not what it was advertised to be very disappointed!!! We were really excited for this tour!!!
If you are a few mins late they don't wait for you to give over tickets in front of Academia even if you call to announce it, but you have to go back to their office and walk back to make the line, it is not a short walk.
There is a line for skip the line tickets as well but still worth it as we managed to go in after some 15 mins of waiting while the line for people without tickets seemed much longer and slower.
The Academia is not too big and David is definitely worth the visit, stunning work, we throughly enjoyed our visit there!
Mixed feelings about the agency though, they did help move our tickets date when my wife was not feeling well, but were pretty unhelpful with giving over the tickets, both refusing to wait for us and helping on the phone to find them. Luckily they are well mapped on Google. All in all, does the job with some hassle, could be better.
I highly recommend getting tickets ahead because the line was crazy. According to my tickets a CAF employee would meet us by the entrance with the tickets and this wasnt the case. I honestly thought i got scammed because i waited and waited and noone showed. Unable to contact them i asked the people at the entrance and they contacted CAF who then told us to go get tickets at the office which is not even a block away from the museum. I wish the ticket information would have disclosed this so i didnt have to go through the aggravation i did. The Gallery itself was very overcrowded (we went on a Wednesday) and besides the statue of David there is not much to see. I thought it would take hours to see but it took under 1 hour which is not the fault of the ticket service but figured i mention it. Overall im glad i got the skip the line tickets because i was able to get in as soon as i had the tickets but getting the tickets was frustrating since noone was meeting me outside like they were supposed to.
