Really easy and simple to do. We were picked up right on schedule and easily taken to Tokyo Disney Sea and provided tickets. Sure-- you could do this all yourself really easily call a taxi and buy tickets online, or even take the subway/train, but this was effortless.

Absolutely wonderful. We booked this private transfer for Tuesday, August 7th, 2018 from the Hotel Gracery Shinjuku to Disneysea. Our driver was ready and waiting for us before the 8:30 pick-up time with a sign that said my name. He opened our doors for us and was pleasant for the entire drive. The car was clean, the driver's information was clearly displayed, and he provided us our park tickets right when we got in. Being from the U.S., I tried to tip him at the end, and he smiled and politely declined. What an easy, wonderful way to start the day.

My only comment for those interested is that the park opened at 8:00am that day and we did not arrive until around 9:15am. If you are the type of people who like to be ready and waiting at the gates when they open to make a run for your fast passes, make sure you take a look at what time the park opens that day. We also only did the 1-way transfer, so we utilized the subway to get ourselves back to the hotel, which took about an hour and was quite crowded around 8:30pm.

Double check the paperwork your personal driver provides you at your drop off. Our driver was supposed to provide us two tickets for Disney Sea. Instead our driver gave my wife and I two printed pages of the same ticket. We did not discover the mistake until we tried to enter the Park and I was refused access. The Park agent showed me we had identical ticket numbers on each page the driver handed us. I was refused access to the Park and had to go wait through the long ticket line and purchase my own ticket while my wife waited inside the Park. This Service was expensive and then caused me much embarrassment and inconvenience. Next time I will take the Train and buy my own tickets after this experience.

Had a lovely time at Disneyland and the driver was really friendly and the car immaculate,it only took about half an hour to get there also the train station is just a 5 minute walk from the entrance.

We went to Tokyo Disney during one of the busiest weekends in August. Not only did we not have to wait in line for tickets, the car picked us up right on time. I highly advise using this service!
