This is a first-class and well run company. The guides we had were very professional but yet still took the time to joke with us and have fun with us and they made people that were apprehensive less nervous. From the shuttle pick up at the dock to the check in to the short free fall off the tree stand at the end, it was a really good experience. Price was reasonable but would like to have 1 or 2 more runs. After the little bunny learning run, there is another short learning run so just 6 more after that but those are long and fast plus the walking supension bridges are cool.
Greg and Jessie were fantastic. The zipline was thrilling, our guides were always checking our equipment, we never felt like our adventure through the rain forest canopy was risky. Great scenery from the treetops.
Best experience of our Alaska cruise. Skyler and Melissa were the best. First time on a zip line and they made it very comfortable. Excellent views. We had not seen any bears on our trip yet and we told Melissa that what we wanted to experience. She told us to do bear dance and then we saw 3 bears.
It was a great excursion! We weren't too sure that we wanted to go ziplining because we are 56 and 64, leary of heights, and rain was forecast, but so glad we did! Even though is was RAINING and the winds were more than 20 mph, we LOVED it! They provided us with rain gear and fun guides to explain everything to keep us safe and almost dry. This was our favorite excursion on our Alaskan trip! Tony and I think the girl was Abby not sure, but both were super sweet and encouraging along the way.
