We arrived to find that the guide wasn't there, and had to wait around in the rain for over half an hour for him to finally arrive. The person that showed us how to use the segway didn't speak very good English, and she just put the segway on a very busy road and very quickly gave us a two minute demonstration on how to ride it, then told us to get on and do it, with all kinds of traffic around.
The tour was very poor and it felt rushed, I would definately not reccomend this tour to anyone, it is totally overpriced, and you don't get what is on the itinerary, we paid for the three hour tour which included coffee and polish dessert and we didn't get any of that, and when asked about it, we were told there's a cafe up there and the so called training on the segway before you start off is a joke!
Avoid this so called tour!
This was the highlight of our trip to Krakow. We had such fun and Mat was an excellent guide because he not only spoke very good English but he is a PhD student in history and could make the history come alive for us. He is the Manager and he showed us every kindness. Krakow is a beautiful city full of wonderful old buildings and art. The prices for also very reasonable. Since I am 81 years old, I may never get back to this area, but I am left with wonderful memories.
