I couldn't speak more highly about how satisfied we were with this booking and the service that we received. Our driver was easy to find at the airport, we didn't have to walk far from the terminal to the car, and the car was spotlessly clean. Also, the driver was extremely friendly and talked to us about interesting points of Madrid as we drove towards the hotel. He made some great recommendations for where to go and eat and what to experience. He reached the hotel without any difficulty at all. I am very happy to recommend this service, and communications with the company to confirm arrangements were very fast and efficient. Thanks for a great ride!
