This class was great fun. Working in pairs we all had a chance to learn how to make our own eclairs and cream puffs. The class size 6 participants was perfect and the venue was a fantastic set up. The abilities of the participants were all at different levels, but it didn't matter for the class - we were all able to learn in a fun environment. There were lots of questions throughout the class, which were readily answered and we all received the recipes afterwards. At the end of the afternoon, we got to taste the fruits of our labour over a nice cup of tea and then got to take home the remainder. We all had fun and I would certainly take another class if given the opportunity.
Our Girl Scout troop took this class and loved it! Our instructor was very patient and helpful. We went home with oh, so many, eclairs and cream puffs, even after we had eaten quite a few : We received the recipes promptly and look forward to making them for our friends at home!
I can't recommend this class enough, it was amazing. We had so many yummy treats to eat as well as plenty of left overs! Our chef Amanda was very informative and the instructions were clear and conscise, I can't wait to go home and try it again! Thanks so much Amanda!
