We booked 2 mini van, instead we got 1 mini van and 1 normal taxi. tried to call the customer service but not able to talk to the customer service. finally we had to squeeze everything into the taxi. We would reject the taxi if we had enough time. Been sending the email about this issue to customer service but no reply at all.

So great to have a driver ready and waiting to pick us up at the airport when we arrived! We didn't have to worry about a thing! He didn't help us load our luggage into the car, but I have a strong husband! It went so smoothly for our first time to Paris!!
Our driver was prompt and patient with us when he arrived to take us back to the airport for our departure. This second driver even loaded all our luggage which was what we expected!! Definitely use this service again!!
Upon arrivals, our Viator booking instructed us to go to Exit 7 where there wasn't a driver to be found. After asking at Information and checking arrivals hall three times, I eventually found our driver skulking around at the back. If I may suggest either the driver hold up the greeting card or meet in the allocated spot in the future as this could improve the service.
Upon departure, we waited exactly where we were dropped off for 50 minutes, again no driver. I had written to confirm with Quicktransfer prior to pick-up so knew we were in the right spot. Eventually, we got the train and just about made our flight. Plenty of people had been picked up from this spot as there was a taxi rank. We observed, a nice driver waiting for Brenda, family of four, and managed to wait and take them to the aeroport on time.
Upon asking for a refund due to the dire circumstances, we have been told, 'As we are being billed in full for this booking, we are unable to provide a refund or credit on this occasion.' and 'the driver claims that he was waiting exactly in the same place he dropped you off during the arrival and that he was waiting for 45 minutes, despite the fact that they are obliged to wait only 15 minutes.' and 'We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.'
If I could I would give with this service zero stars but unfortunately I am unable.

Our arrival and departure went very smoothly and the drivers were very competent. I would, however, have appreciated some sort of communication from the company the day before the pick up confirming specific details. I rode in several cabs while in Paris and my transfer to and from the airport was, by far, the most pleasurable of all of them!
The service was impeccable. Definitely recommended. However, the local provider should contact email or text the customer to confirm and verify the pick-up is scheduled. As it was, I took a leap of faith that the driver would be waiting with a sign in the assigned area he was! on arrival, but having heard nothing from the provider all week during our visit, I had the hotel concierge call the provider the morning of our departure to confirm our pick-up time. Everything was all set great!, but I had no confirmation to be sure.
Booked a roundtrip transfer from CDG to Paris hotel. Trip from airport to hotel was excellent - the driver met us on time, spoke excellent English, knew where we were going, drove directly to hotel and helped with the luggage. The return trip hotel to airport was not so good the driver was late had to call the agency to locate him, did not know which airline we were on and did not know which terminal to take us to we had to supply this information. Although he got us to the airport on time very little traffic, he drove extremely fast at times. In both trips, the vehicles used were ok but not fancy so don't expect limo-type service.
Unfortunately our driver couldn't find the hotel because of a name change. Viator was aware the hotel had recently changed names--they were the one who informed me--but apparently that information didn't make it to our driver. He was over a half hour late and it was close to rush hour traffic. I will admit he had to drive like crazy, but he got us there in time. He was a very good driver.
