Su crucero llegará a Port Chalmers. Una vez que desembarque, todos los pasajeros deben dirigirse al área de alquiler privado en el pabellón de cruceros que está bien señalizado. The tour was good and you had time to explore the gardens and eat lunch at the restaurant. This was a pleasant tour and the gardens and view from the top of the castle is beautiful!

Great tour. Interesting history shared by knowledgeable guides. The brewery tour was fun, learned a lot about beer making and enjoyed the beer tasting! Wish we could buy Speights beer in the US!

Our driver/guide was excellent. Brewery trip was good but rushed at the tasting. The brewery guide was a bit rude when people didn’t want to taste the beer

The tour itself was good but unfortunately the poor driver had too many other stops and tours he was doing at the same time as ours. He would drop us off, go pick up another group then pick us up again. Couple times we had to wait for the driver to come get us! I feel he was only the driver and nothing else. Then we had braking issues with the bus we were on.... We were disappointed at the service level of the tour.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your review, however, without reference to either a date of travel or the drivers name it is difficult to ascertain on what day you travelled. Having checked all of our maintenance records what I can assure you is that none of our vehicles have had any issues with their brakes or for that matter any other maintenance issues this season. All of our cruise ship excursions are very popular and normally sold out prior to the ships arrival in port. For Larnach Castle and Dunedin sightseeing we have two options the first is with Speights and the second is with the Chinese Gardens. Everybody travels from the Cruise ship to Larnach Castle and does the sightseeing together, however, in the afternoon some passengers visit the Chinese Gardens whilst others visit Speights, with some free time for both groups in the central city to get some lunch and or do some shopping. During this afternoon period the driver is busy with the various transfers, however, the distances between the two attractions is not great and delays are rare and should they occur they will be only a matters of a minute or two and will be due to road works or traffic congestion.

Full-Day Dunedin Tour with Larnach Castle & Gardens, Speight's Brewery

We arrived in Dunedin on a rainy, foggy day. Our tour guide Josh was outstanding with his narratives and driving in the foggy conditions. We enjoyed our visit to the castle, but missed the great views due to the weather. Our tour of Speight's Brewery was also well done. It is always great to see a piece of history in the cities we visit. I highly recommend this tour.

Larnach Family Castle Story so touching!

Our bus driver was very helpful and spoke very clearly. He spoke about all the special places and presented historical facts of Dunedin. He was enthusiastic about Dunedin since it is his home. The castle tour was very interesting and well presented by the Scottish volunteers. The story of the family connected to the castle made the visit that much more intriguing. The tour of the brewery hit the spot with a couple glasses of COLD beer at it’s completion. Wish we could have had a longer time to see the train station. The steepest Street in the world was something that could have been looked at just from the bus. Good job!

Our guide was very informative, he was pleasant, always checked that everyone was on the bus. He picked us up when he said he would. An overall very enjoyable tour. Would highly recommend them.

Great Tour ! Our tour guide/driver was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about her job. The Speights Brewery tour was wonderful and the Larnach Castle and Gardens were beautiful. Love Dunedin and will definitely go back. Great small group compared to the other larger tours from other companies. Highly recommend this tour.

No AC on the bus !

Our Driver Russell was very nice and informative. The tour as a whole was descent. The problem was the bus was so old it had no working Air Conditioning.. the driver was apologetic and said it only happens when there’s more than one ship in town .

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. On the day of travel the air temperature reached the mid 30's which is exceptional for Dunedin. Although the coach you were travelling on did have air conditioning with the high outdoor temperatures and a full coach of passengers it struggled to keep up and for this I do apologise. It is pleasing to hear that you found your driver Russell very informative.
