Totalmente recomendable.

My husband and I went to this class on our honeymoon. It was different than what we expected because we thought we would have to do all the cooking. In this class, we mostly learned just about the pasta, made it ourselves and learned about what went into the sauce. It was an absolutely unforgettable experience and was definitely the highlight of our time in Rome. 110 recommend! We felt like one of the family!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience during this cooking class. We met right outside of Campo de Fiori and then walked through it and then walked to the home where we were doing all the cooking. We learned how to make several types of pastas. We did not make the sauces, there was another woman there who showed us how to make them. This class is more than 3 hours!!! The information says 10am-1pm, however, we did not finish until about 3:30pm so plan accordingly! There was a family in our class who had a Colosseum tour scheduled for 3:00pm and had to leave, but they were able to eat some of the dishes and take some to go! Overall, great experience. We finished the class with 3 pasta dishes to eat, wine and dessert!

We loved this cooking class! If you're looking for a delicious and authentic experience, you should book here! We learned how to make 10 different types of pastas and then chose 3 to make for our meal. The class size was just 4, my husband and I and another couple. The hosts were very friendly and patient. I would recommend this class!

We had such a wonderful time and ate the best pasta we have ever had. The class was in someone's home as opposed to a test kitchen type set-up which made it feel less like a class and more like a bunch of friends hanging out. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cooking class in Rome

A warm welcome from Guiseppe, Eva and their little boy who joined us on the short tour from the meeting point to the 16th century apartment. The tour was brief but informative. We heard about both Rome and Italian cuisine, which set the scene for the rest of the day. The lovely medieval apartment where we became chefs for a day gave an enlightening insight into the lives of past and present Rome.

The lesson itself was fun and engaging. We learnt to make several different types of pasta, then selected three for our meal. Meanwhile we were treated to traditional pizza and organic olive oil from Guiseppe's own farm. Guiseppe was an excellent teacher, with a great sense of humour and an open and friendly demeanor.

Highly recommend. Great food. Great experience. We can't wait to make true Italian at home!

Although cooking is not my thing and I went feeling extremely under the weather, the night was filled with memories and good laughs! The leader was so funny, and we really learned a lot about why the Italians have the best food in the world!!! This was the most different thing we did while in Rome, and although I was picked on most of the night, it was well worth it!!

We were not able to do the open market tour because of heavy rain so we went directly to the pasta making class. Our guide was helpful in navigating us through the bad weather. The chef was enjoyable and enthusiastic. He demonstrated several different kinds of pasta and then we voted on three that we made as a group. It was fun and challenging. He made the sauce and we ate! Yummy!

This is a really fun thing to do when visiting Rome. Having tasted some fabulous freshly made pasta at restaurants whilst in Italy, it was great to find out how it's done. Our guide/chef was very friendly and encouraging and made pasta-making seem easy and achievable. Our group was small and the class very hands-on. We made lots of varieties of pasta and it was then cooked up to enjoy. Paola's sauces, which we added to our pasta, certainly made it taste delicious. It was also interesting that classes are conducted in authentic home environments.
