Instructions indicated that we were to confirm at least 3 days in advance. We called the provided number multiple times at the designated hours and was never able to reach anyone. Finally had to contact Viator directly to ask for assistance. An email was provided to me. I sent an email asking whether or not they were coming and if so what the designated time was but this happened the night before we were supposed to be picked up in the morning. We had made alternate arrangements just in case. They did finally confirm and the pickup did happen but it was very stressful not knowing and having to spend vacation time trying to get this worked out. I had done all the planning before I left the states so I wouldn't have any issues like this.
