Ruta de catas de Winelands Stellenbosch desde Ciudad del Cabo

We had a wonderful day seeing a part of the cape that we would not have if not for this tour. Our guide, Andrew, was excellent. Our pickup at the hotel was right on time. Andrew did everything throughout the day to make sure that we were comfortable. Our first stop was at a Dutch wine farm where we were able to wander around the lavender fields, see the farm animals and how the farm operates.
Our stop for lunch was great food which ended with an unusual paring of ice cream and wine. Our final stop of the day may have been a favorite, Ernie Els Winery. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio where there was a chipping green set up. All of us had multiple attempts of making the hole with one shot. It was a fun way to end the day.

All the establishments we visited were brilliant ,the group of people on the tour all gelled,and our guide JP was super.All in all a well organised tour ,well worth the money.

This was so much fun. Great wine pairings with biltong and ice cream, great guide, even saw Warthogs! Selected wineries were awesome.

Our driver, Gerhard, was very knowledgeable of the region. We started out at Ernie Ells winery and were totally amazed at the gardens and facility. The next two after that were not as impressive. Our second winery we felt that we had to wait on the staff more than expected. Loved the idea at the Stollenbosch Hills of pairing the meats with the wines. The whole trip was relaxed and we mostly moved at our own speed. Even Gerhard was OK with that!

Great tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the area and the wines involved. Highly recommended for anybody who visits Cape Town.
