My boys and I visited Munich and really wanted to see Dachau Concentration Camp. But being a first-timer to Germany I wasn’t sure I could get us there. The meeting place was easy to find, and transportation was great! I didn’t have to do anything but show up. Marcin was our guide. He is very knowledgeable and we found him to be very interesting. Incredible tour. My wife and I were the only ones booked for the day. Many operators would have cancelled, but this one did not. Adam, our guide and company owner, is very knowledgeable. We learned a great deal about the history of how concentration camps evolved, particularly in regard to Dachau. Though the tour itself certainly is a somber experience, it was also a privilege to walk the grounds and remember the many lives lost. Adam gave us plenty of time, and we never felt rushed. My wife has mobility issues, and he was able to arrange a mobile scooter for her at the visitor center. He also helped us find a shorter train ride back to our Airbnb. We have been on many tours in many places, and this one ranks among the best.

Guide was very knowledgeable. Train was excellent. Much walking, the camp is massive. Well worth the effort. We all should remember what happened there.

We went on the Tour with Adam, on a rainy day in March. The tour was excellent and the guides knowledge was brilliant. I had two children with me ages 9 and 13. Again the guide was great with the children and answered all their questions and had plenty of time for them in between dealing with the large group. The tour itself is harrowing and a reminder of Europe's recent past. I highly recommend.

This is not an easy tour to handle but the guide was knowledgeable and sensitive. This is a must do tour for everyone - not just those interested in history. It's not pleasant and it raises a lot of questions but those are necessary. Be prepared to walk quite a bit. Must do.
