Good tour, personalized and able to ask about many things that interested us.
Good to have a local perspective on events and history.
Melissa and Dragon are 2 of the most amazing kind and sweet people I have ever met in my life! I miss them so much! I highly highly highly recommend this beautiful experience. We learned so much and enjoyed our time with our new friends!
I had a great time with Johana on this tour. In addition to the pubs she helped me get my bearings in the city and described many major landmarks. I would recommend this tour to any first-time visitors to Prague. The sheer number of bars and breweries can be overwhelming, and the streets difficult to navigate. This tour will help you get comfortable in the city and check out the different styles of bars and pubs.
One problem I had was that my contact information did not get sent from Viator to Johana, possibly because a third-party, Withlocals, is responsible for hiring the guides. If you book this tour, I suggest messaging your guide at least 24 hours before to make sure you have each other's contact information.
This was such a lovely experience! Dragan and Melisa made us feel welcome and comfortable and really encouraged us to get involved in the process. The food we made was divine and conversation over dinner flowed. The only teeny thing I would suggest is giving a out a printed copy of the recipe. It would have been great to have that to make it according to their instructions approximately back home. Other than that, there is nothing I would change.
My husband and I met our your guide at the Dancing House Gallery to begin the tour and we were the only two people so had a personal and private tour which turned out to be very interesting. Our guide was a local lady who showed us the various sites across the city relating to events that happened in Prague during the war. We walked quite a lot but also took trams to different parts of the City which gave us a really good look at Prague away from the tourist areas. We were able to talk to her about local life as well as the war and found her to be very knowledgeable. It was really interesting to learn about the history of Prague.
The tour finished at the main railway station which was a considerable distance from our hotel but our guide came to the team stop and made sure that we were able to find our way back.
