My flight was very late getting in but they were right there when you come out of customs with a sign with my name on it. The car ride was very comfortable and the driver was very professional.

Wartezeit auf Transfer-Shuttle mindestens 45 Minuten nach Eintreffen in der Ankunftshalle des Flughafens. Alle übrigen Fluggäste waren bereits von anderen Shuttle-Fahrzeugen abgeholt worden. Wir mussten mehrmals kostenpflichtig mit Mobilfunk telefonieren und durch einen Service-Mitarbeiter vertröstet werden.

Stress free transfer. Excellent vehicle with water and goodies. Highly recommended.

Excellent and professional

Very professional on time and informative driver. Only downside was that all seat belts didn't work but complementary water a bonus. The hop on hop off bus was a great way to get a feel for Cape Town and environs. We also did a tour of the winelands which our daughters had organised, great fun visited 4 vineyards and lunch. Again informative and willing driver who couldn't do enough to make our day special. The trip to Robben island was really good, the guide gave us loads of information and we saw whales and dolphins on our way back on the ferry making it a special day too. Four days wasn't enough to do everything we will be back.

They were waiting for us and escorted us to the shuttle with cold water waiting. Very nice driver.

The plane was late, the bags were late, but Marcel was there for us when we exited the terminal . We were starving when we arrived, and staying in an in-town condo, there was nothing to eat. He generously stopped at a convenience store just out of the airport to let us grab a bunch of quick foods to take along. AS we were just reuniting our family from 4 different directions, the stop was appreciated. He was very nice and of course he was great with the bags
