The pick was was seamless and spot on. Professional and courteous on both counts.On the return flight unfortunately not so much. Being told our pick up time is 5 hours before our international flight seems a bit excessive. With traffic light on the holiday Jessica Gonzales at Amogo tours was adiment on that early and would not budge. Found her to be poor in listening skills and st times interrupted my wife.I leave it at this-if she was an employee of mine she would would be re trained. My personal feeling of this interaction anyways.

Great service. The flight was early by 30 minutes and they were there sign in hand! It was good to be received with a friendly smile in a different country. Gave us a quick orientation about the city and customs and off to the hotel. On leaving, they were there on time!!! It was a good close to the Mexico City adventure.

Used Viator and their local partner for round trip airport shuttle service. In both our arrival and departure services they were on time, efficient and courteous. I checked with other travelers at our hotel and the value / cost was on par with Uber and much lower than taxi service.

There was a guy waiting for me at arrivals gate, but he seemed to be in a bad mood and not intereted in talking to me. Unfortunatelly, I had to wait more than one hour for the car to get me to the hotel. Boring. A taxi would have been better and much much faster.

Pick up from the airport took a long time. Online instruction given was to wait in gate E3 for US passengers. Look for amigo tour on white shirt/black trouser but didnt see anybody wearing that not with sign for 30 min. Company was called and was told to wait inside near Carl’s Jr. Restaurant. Took another 15 min for the guy to show up and pick up other passengers and to the hotel. Spent almost 2 hours all in all. Better to take uber from the airport. Return pick up was no problem though. Came early to pick me up at the hotel lobby as I was ready. Make sure to follow your given instructions so it’s not confusing to the customers.

Driver was easy to find and got us to and from the airport quickly. Cars were clean. Thanks for everything!

Bottom Line: take an Uber. They are great in Mexico City! Don't get me wrong, we loved all of our other events booked through Viator but had horrible experiences with this.
- Arrival in Mexico City: greeter was in the back of the crowd we had a hard time finding him, barely holding up a small sign with our name and another traveler's, texting his friends as opposed to looking for us other greeters appeared to me more proactive. We waited almost an hour for the other traveler's who we were to share the ride with but they never showed up. We told the greeter that we were tired of waiting and asked him to get us a ride. He seemed annoyed by this but complied. Ride to hotel was fine, in a slightly worn out passenger van. Bottom line is we made it to the hotel in one piece.
- Departure from Mexico City: The return trip reservation was never posted on my Viator sight but through e-mails was confirmed. The van showed up on time. The driver then dropped us off at the Mexico City Airport in a gated area we thought might be reserved for drop offs. HA! Jokes' on us!! It was about as far away from the the check in terminal as physically possible. When we got out of the van there were bell hops ready to assist us. Looked like a scam so we did the bag drag for about 20 or 25 minutes until we got into the check in. Not the way to begin a long travel day...
