We are deeply sorry about your personal experience. As far as we are concerned the voucher we edited says we are based outside Terminal 3 on the right-hand side in the bus station platform number 12. We begged the airport society called ADR to spread more signs for travellers but I can't say there are not already some available and honestly, considering the huge amount of passengers we register on board every day, it seems quite successfully indicated. Not only this, we follow up on every single customer's requests for more clarification. Regarding our way to validate tickets, believe me, never delays departure which is already set up perfectly at the planned time. I know can be frustrating not to find an immediate departure once you arrive at the bus stop but we are eager to offer more departures and planning to do so from April onwards.
