It was just ok. Raphael and his wife are very friendly. Wasn't much knowledge sharing about history and culture as I'd like. Arecibo and the coast was the best part. The hike to the waterfalls was no where near 2 miles. More like 1/2 mile there and back. The food there at lunch wasn't very good. Crash Boat beach was not good. No fish, no sea life and snorkling was basically a waste. Mediocre beach and like 3 hours driving from San Juan so the trip back wasn't any fun.
Raphael and his wife are absolutely wonderful tour guides! They are a wealth of knowledge about everything in PR, and I felt more than safe with them throughout the day. The only con about the tour is the title is a bit misleading, other than your hotel pickup, you're not in San Juan at all. They take you all over the island, to places you would have never thought to go to. I had a blast cliff jumping, learning about the hieroglyphics in the cave, snorkeling, seeing waterfalls, and rope swinging underneath the waterfalls. They took up to get a local lunch, and even took us to a new local coffee shop. It was interesting learning about the AMAZING PR coffee, and the history and current facts about each town. I will definitely be in touch with them on my next PR adventure!
This tour was AMAZING!!! We loved the tour guide and his wife and they did an exceptional job showing us around and the snorkeling was FANTASTIC!! I would recommend this tour for everyone coming to PR!!
This adventure was absolutely incredible. You get to see so many destinations that other tours know nothing about. I took a friend who is from Puerto Rico and at 3 different spots we visited he had never been to! Most amazing waterfalls, pristine beaches, multiple caves and hardly any other tourists along the way! 5 stars all the way. Well done Rafael keep it up and hope to revisit soon!!
It was a great experience to swim in some of PR's most beautiful waterfalls! Our tour guide was super nice and accommodating and truly let us 'choice our own adventure' which I was appreciative of, because it gave us flexibility.
I would like to thank Rafael and his wife Katiana for a wonderful time.
All the way from the beginning they communicated very well with us.
Both are fluent in English and Spanish.
They were attentive to the needs of each and every member of the tour.
We learned about Puerto Rico's history, enjoyed visiting Indian caves with carvings, snorkeling with beautiful tropical fish, we visited gorgeous waterfalls, ate delicious food along the way and say a beautiful sunset along the calm waters of Aguadilla.
A truly memorable trip.
